Q. What’s your company about? What do you do?

A. I currently have 3 Start-ups, ISynergize Software Solutions, Synohost and YourKnowledge – ISynergize Group

ISynergize is a Software and Web development company providing it solutions all over the world. ISynergize aspires to be a global competitor as an equal to leading IT companies, harnessing the untapped raw local talent and channelling it for productive work for the local economies.

SynoHost is a hosting and domain service provider company where we provide the Domains and Hosting at very cheaper rates from the market and much reliable service as well.

YourKnowledge website http://yourknowledge.in/ is dedicated to provide information – News & Views. The purpose is to empower enthusiasts, entrepreneurs and businesses with the knowledge of upcoming and new business practices that can help them lead their strategic inflection points.

We cover entrepreneurial story, interview of the founder and bring the business in limelight in form of interview of the Founder on yourknowledge.in. We are also accepting commercials and advertorials. You can submit your articles, post your events, job openings, and share your knowledge anytime by logging in with your Yahoo, Gmail or Twitter Id.

Q. What’s the greatest thing about your company? Why is it better than the competition?

A. Here in would like to talk about YourKnowledge.in. YourKnowledge is the only online Social Media Portal in India who promote the start-ups globally and help them in getting known not only to India but to the whole world. In our Portal, we have more visitors from Outside India.

YourKnowledge is better because we are the only Online Social Media organisation in India which is a non-profit organisation. We don’t charge anyone for anything as WE ARE OPEN FOR ALL

 

Q. A lot of people have big ideas. What gave you the confidence to actually go after yours?

A. I have seen so many Start-ups working on the same thing but whenever you want them to cover your story and talk about advertisements and events promotion, first they will talk about money. So in thought LETS DO IT and make it a non-profit organisation.

 

Q. How do you picture your company in 5 years?

A. I am seeing my company as the India’s top most Online Social Media portal and no high expectations and we grow with time.

 

Q. How’d you fund this venture? VC? Self-funding? Crowd funded?

A. As of now, we are on Self-Funding.

 

Q. What other advice do you have for other entrepreneurs struggling to get started?

A. Don’t think, just do it? If you think, you will just keep thinking and the result will be ZERO. If you want to learn something, you need to take risk and do mistakes.

 

Q. Do you consider yourself a successful entrepreneur? If not, what’ll make you feel successful?

A. Here are some of the points, in feel being a successful entrepreneur:

Your attitude

Your attitude will make or break you. If you are positive, motivated, persistent and well organized you will succeed. It may take you a while but if you have these tools and you are an excellent listener, we will make every resource available, to help you fulfil you’re potential.

You’re Commitment

Commitment is the key to your success in our business. We are definitely not a 9 to 5 organization! You must be prepared to put in the hours consistently and make productive and creative use of your time. In return, we can promise you a rewarding, “work hard, play hard environment”.

Your level of activity

Particularly in the early stages of your career at Michael Page, your day is spent making telephone call after telephone call to reach prospective candidates and clients. This high level of activity has a direct correlation to your future success.

Your teamwork

We rely on teamwork and so it is important that you thrive on working within a team towards a common goal that you trust your team-mates and they can trust you.

Your judgment

Recruitment requires sound judgment and keen insight into human nature. You rely on your judgment when you make hundreds of decisions every week on business opportunities and situations. Other people rely on your judgment when you are recommending they meet a candidate or a client. Sound judgment will come from listening and learning, as well as experience and plain common sense.

 

Q. What made you motivated to join the entrepreneurship community?

A. It’s quite fun to do the impossible – This is what motivated me.

 

Q. What difficulties do student start-ups face generally?

A. Lack of resources and the Question they will have in mind “Can in do it?”

 

Q. What will be your advice for new start-ups?

A. Let’s face it: the start-up phase is stressful. You will find yourself questioning whether you’ve made the right decision, especially when the hours are long and the initial profits (if any) are lean. As the business owner, you’re also chief salesperson for your company. Your enthusiasm for your product or service— whether it’s hand-knit sweaters or top-notch tax preparation— is often the difference that hooks customers, lands deals and attracts investors. It’s unwise to start down the path of entrepreneurship unless you’ve got a zeal that will get you through rough patches and keep you interested long after the initial enthusiasm has faded.
